Scotland’s public sector procurement website, Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) along
with more than 50 public and private early learning providers in October 2019.
Success stories: Consult Lift Services
Based in Renfrewshire, Phil Reilly has built Consult Lift Services from the ground up. Beginning with a course attended personally by Phil in 2009, Consult Lift Services has gone from strength to strength in public sector tendering by putting into practice what can be learned from the Supplier Development Programme.
