Food procurement in Scotland is changing - not only to become more agile on the face of national and global change, but also to fulfil the ambitious to use the public spend to deliver greater public and environmental good. It also need to be considered how public food procurement can deliver for the aspirations contained in the Good Food Nation Bill.
This online session will look at some of the emerging good practice in Scotland and explore how to learn from each other, avoiding duplicating work and not miss opportunities for collaboration.
